After obtaining, a BS.c in Bioscience Eva went on to work in the medical device field for some years before starting her Masters in Environmental Toxicology at Utrecht University. This path led to an interest in toxicology in particular particle toxicology, and she graduated in 2013 with a Ph.D. primarily investigating nanoparticle-protein interactions from Edinburgh Napier University.
More recently, Eva worked with a UK based company developing tissue regenerative implants and moved in 2018 to join the team at MERLN as a Research Technician.
