Tahmineh received her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Sharif University of Technology. She then pursued her Master's in Pharmaceutical Engineering at the University of Tehran, where she worked on fabricating osteon biomimetic scaffolds, aiming to create innovative solutions for bone tissue engineering.
Driven by a passion for bone tissue regeneration, she joined the CTR group at MERLN on May 2024, as part of the Material-Driven Regeneration (MDR) consortium. Her PhD research focuses on developing a method to fabricate miniaturized bone models that closely mimic the biological, mechanical, and structural properties of native bone tissue. These models hold significant potential for advancing tissue engineering strategies.
