MERLN Outreach: Regenerative medicine lecture at Bernardinuscollege

MERLN was invited to give a lecture on regenerative medicine at the Bernardinuscollege in Heerlen.

During their Academic Skills Day, high school students followed lectures and workshops from Maastricht University employees. Floor Ruiter and Jurica Bauer talked about regenerative medicine, focusing among others on the work we do at MERLN, and there was even time for some demo-experiments with alginate.

After summer, we hope to welcome a few students at MERLN to do a mini-internship!
