MERLN takes part in the WiDS Datathon

Yousra Alaoui Selsouli and Zeynep Karagöz are participating in the first Women in Data Science (WiDS) Datathon in Maastricht! 
They are teaming up with Remzi Çelebi and Turgay Saba from the Institute of Data Science. The goal is to tackle a data challenge while competing with other teams from all over the world.
In this round, participating teams need to create a model that predicts patient survival, based on a dataset containing hospital Intensive Care Unit visits from patients, spanning a one-year timeframe.
