Spatial Biology Workshop

In this virtual edition of our See the Hidden Workshop Series, where we will examine some of the emerging microscopy techniques being used to study cells within a spatial 2D and 3D context. This online event, featuring live panelists, will discuss new technologies and approaches that leverage fluorescence multiplexing and spatial omics to address spatial cell biology.

Our program includes scientific talks from Dr. Ronald N. Germain (NIH) and Dr. Berta Cillero-Pastor (Maastricht University) discussing how specialized microscopy approaches contribute to their spatial biology research. We’ll also take a closer look at different aspects of the microscopy workflows that can be used to interrogate biological pathways and provide greater knowledge for translational research.

The program centers around four specific areas in microscopy:

  • Widefield multiplexing
  • Single-cell/tissue microdissection
  • High-resolution confocal microscopy
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based analysis

Join us live to put your questions to the experts and get involved in the discussions. You can register here.
